I provide individual therapy, couples counseling and premarital education services for adults in a private practice setting in San Rafael, Marin County, California. Prior to this I had a private practice in the Hillcrest area of San Diego. I've also worked at an agency doing similar work as well as seeing adolescents, families and working with perpetrators and victims of domestic violence. My experience also includes various school settings. The following is additional information about my qualifications and training:

• Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC #45087) with California Board of Behavioral Sciences

• M.A. Counseling Psychology from National University in San Diego, CA.

• Member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists

I've written numerous mental health and relationship articles as well as two counseling workbooks for couples, all of which can be found on my other website, The Toolbox at www.lisakifttherapy.com.
