I draw from a mix of techniques in my work
with clients and am strongly committed to facilitating the
self-awareness that leads to positive change. I will work with you
to cultivate the safe space necessary to explore various pathways to
transformation. My experience includes working with individuals and
couples on an array of concerns, including but not limited to
anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, and issues of
resentment. I have a particular interest in trauma and the ways in
which it impacts interpersonal relationships and intimacy. I have
worked extensively with individuals and couples around these
challenges.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist intern, having completed all of
the 3000 hours required for licensure by the California Board of
Behavioral Sciences. I currently work in a private practice setting
in Larkspur, Marin County, under the direct supervision of Lisa
Brookes Kift, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFC #45087
